Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions You may cancel your subscription at any time via the My Account > Subscriptions panel. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to PRO features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a cycle.

2. Credit Purchases Refunds for one-time credit purchases are only available within 7 days of purchase, provided that no credits from that specific package have been used to generate reports.

3. Digital Products Once a PDF Scout Report is generated and downloaded, the service is considered “delivered,” and that specific credit or quota usage is non-refundable.
