1. Agreement to Terms By accessing PortalFute, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility & Minors PortalFute is a scouting and athlete management platform. Users under the age of 18 must have the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to create an account and share personal data.

3. User Content & Scouting Data Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (height, weight, age, career history) and must own the rights to any videos uploaded or linked. PortalFute is a tool for exposure and does not guarantee professional contracts or trials with football clubs.

4. Subscriptions & Credits

  • PRO Plans: Grant access to monthly quotas of PDF Scout Reports.

  • Credits: One-time purchases for extra reports. Credits are non-transferable.

  • Payments: All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Limitation of Liability PortalFute is not responsible for any technical inaccuracies in AI-generated reports or for the outcome of interactions between athletes and third-party scouts/agents.
